Yes. Arrows, shapes, text boxes and every other annotation stay editable in Snipfolio — next week, too.
Where are my screenshots stored?
Locally on your Mac — images and collections alike. Text recognition also runs on-device. If you enable cloud backup with Lifetime or an active Monthly plan, your collections also upload to your private cloud storage.
What happens when I end a capture session?
Only the session ends. Your collection stays saved and editable, ready for the next capture.
Which format should I share?
PDF and Word include images with visible annotations and your comments. A Snipfolio project keeps the original images for continued editing. For sensitive content, share a reviewed PDF or Word export.
How do I start using Snipfolio?
Create a Snipfolio account, choose Lifetime or Monthly in Stripe Checkout, then sign in to the Mac app with the same account. We email you a download link after payment.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use the secure Stripe customer portal. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; your local screenshots remain on your Mac.
What happens after the Lifetime update year?
Your last eligible app version keeps working, and your 1 GB cloud allowance stays included. New feature updates and support are included for twelve months from purchase. You can add Monthly later for ongoing updates and unlimited cloud storage.
